Consolidated Properties Group (CPG) has received the green light to deliver a new 25-storey residential tower in its Yeerongpilly Green (YG) precinct, adding another landmark to Brisbane’s inner south.

Set along the prestigious King Arthur Terrace, the project will offer 181 premium two- and three-bedroom apartments, each designed to take full advantage of sweeping views across the Brisbane River, Indooroopilly Golf Course and the city skyline.

Positioned within one of Brisbane’s 2032 Olympic Games precincts, the new tower places residents just minutes from the future Olympic tennis events and a short stroll from the upgraded Yeerongpilly Cross River Rail station.

Thoughtfully planned for connection and green living, the 4,323sqm site has been shaped to blend naturally into its surroundings. More than 1,500sqm of lush landscaped gardens will embrace the building, while a significantly reduced footprint creates privately owned, publicly accessible parkland for the community to enjoy.

CPG CEO and chairman, Don O’Rorke said “Yeerongpilly Green is quickly becoming a thriving  riverside neighbourhood and we’ve chosen to develop our new residential tower here as part of our  commitment to creating places where people love to live.

“The views will be like nothing Brisbane has seen before. It is incredibly rare to have a northern elevated view that combines the river, golf course, city lights and the hills of Mt Coo-tha. We expect that locals will quickly recognise the uniqueness of this opportunity.

“The generous apartment sizes are perfect for people wanting to downsize but who won’t compromise on living space.”

Residents will enjoy luxe amenities, including a pool and spa.

The project complements the award-winning retail village, YG Riverside Village, which boasts a Woolworths, Goodlife gym and a growing restaurant scene.
