DA secured for luxury 25-storey tower at Yeerongpilly Green

Consolidated Properties Group (CPG) has received the green light to deliver a new 25-storey residential tower in its Yeerongpilly Green (YG) precinct, adding another landmark to Brisbane’s inner south.

Set along the prestigious King Arthur Terrace, the project will offer 181 premium two- and three-bedroom apartments, each designed to take full advantage of sweeping views across the Brisbane River, Indooroopilly Golf Course and the city skyline.
