Sherpa Property Group has fulfilled a major promise to Serving Our People, gifting Australia’s fastest-growing charity the keys to a brand-new $1.2 million two-bedroom apartment recently completed within Sherpa’s Perspective Nexus development at Palm Beach.
This incredibly generous donation represents a life-changing contribution that will provide vital support to people in need across Australia.

The apartment was unveiled for the first time and officially handed over to Serving Our People on Wednesday, October 8.
Sherpa Property Group founder Christie Leet joined Serving Our People founder Yas Matbouly to mark the occasion, a moment that signifies the beginning of an incredible journey enabling SOP to expand its support to even more families and communities.
Across Australia, Serving Our People operates 21 humanitarian programs, including The People’s Market, emergency relief and crisis support, a youth empowerment program (SOP-YEP), school breakfast initiatives, the Goldbridge rehabilitation centre, SOP homeless lunches, domestic violence response services, and free counselling.
Serving our People founder Yas Matbouly said the donation will make a profound difference to both the charity and the wider community.
“It is amazing to see that Sherpa has designed such a beautiful development. This donation from a developer like Sherpa is a significant undertaking that will make a difference to our community in ways that will feed and support hundreds of thousands of recipients across our 21 humanitarian programs,” said Yas.
“We hope to see more of the community coming together like this and to witness the continued generosity of Sherpa and other like-minded philanthropists.”
Sherpa Property Group founder Christie Leet added:
“At Sherpa Property Group, community upliftment is paramount. This donation underscores our dedication to making a positive difference in the community.
Sherpa remains true to the values of the Sherpas — with an unwavering commitment to serving people, supporting our community, and facilitating the journeys of others.”
