DOMA breaks ground on Newcastle's premier residential destination

DOMA, a leading property development and investment company, proudly announced the commencement of construction for its highly anticipated The Store Newcastle project with a ceremonial sod-turning event on May 22nd. This landmark development will transform Newcastle's residential landscape and bolster the local economy during construction.  

The Store project, strategically located on the edge of the Honeysuckle Precinct and next to the Newcastle transport hub, is set to become a vibrant centre for its residents. The project will feature 352 luxury apartments, 3,500 sqm of commercial ground-floor retail and podium office, and one acre of wellness amenities, including a pool, tennis court, playground, outdoor dining area, and a dynamic public plaza. 

The sod-turning ceremony was attended by key stakeholders, including representatives from DOMA, Colliers International, Bloc, local government officials, and project partners. The event marked the official start of construction and celebrated the collaborative efforts that have brought this ambitious vision to fruition.
