Top Spring Australia's prestigious development, Ode, located in the heart of Double Bay, has sold out of its high-end penthouses, achieving an average sale price of $20 million.

The six-storey building, designed by renowned Sydney architect Luigi Rosselli, had earlier set sales records with a $24.9 million penthouse sale last year.

Noted for its fusion of architecture, art, and culture, Ode has consistently commanded high prices.

Sydney Ma, Managing Director of Top Spring Australia, said, "Buyers recognise that Ode will become a sculptural landmark in Double Bay and is a defining point in its renaissance, bringing to life the symbiotic relationship between architecture and art."

He also praised the intricately curated interiors by Alwill, which he suggests connects with purchasers' sense of style and aesthetic. Ma commented on unique elements such as the curved wine wall and Rosselli's signature statement fireplace design.

The next focus of sales will be the eight apartments known as The Village Residences, with Sydney Ma anticipating these to display the same meticulous attention to design and personalisation as the penthouses.

"Ranging in size from 234sqm to 309sqm they are effectively the size of a single-level home, with the added security and privacy of apartment living," he said.

In addition to space and security, residents will benefit from a dedicated on-site concierge service. This includes arranging private meal deliveries and bookings, alongside offering other conveniences such as dry cleaning and parcel collections.

Brad Caldwell-Eyles, Managing Director of 1st City Projects, highlighted Ode's appeal, noting that its combination of architecture, location, and extraordinary attention to detail attracts buyers looking to shift from larger harbourside homes.

"Ode’s ability to deliver the size and comfort of a luxury home with security and a low maintenance ‘lock and go’ home in the heart of the Double Bay village has incredible appeal, Mr Caldwell-Eyles said.
