Little Projects’ latest development, The Elfin, is set to launch this Saturday 18th July. 

Fresh from the sell-out success of Central South Yarra, and the completion of Little Projects’ award-winning ILK South Yarra development, comes Little Projects’ third development in South Yarra.

The early interest is down to a singular factor; the outstanding reputation of the developer, Little Projects. The 2015 UDIA National Urban Renewal Award was given to Little Projects’ Tip Top Brunswick East development, in which they gave the former Tip Top bakery site a renaissance, creating a beautiful redevelopment encompassing six buildings - but it didn’t start, nor end there.
