Sydney developer Eterno has marked construction commencing on Halcyon, its eight-home prestige development in Bondi, appointing Reform Projects as the builder. This milestone was celebrated with a ground-breaking ceremony on site, on Thursday 20 April 2026.

Positioned between Bondi and Tamarama, Halcyon features house-like three-bedroom residences designed to reflect its coastal setting.
Located at 1 - 7 Andrews Avenue and 26 Glen Street, Halcyon represents Eterno’s second flagship eastern suburbs project and a defining statement of the company’s commitment to design-led, enduring residential development.
With the Development Application approval secured, the appointment of Reform Projects signals the transition from vision to delivery for the eight residences.
Each will feature generously proportioned layouts, abundant natural light, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections.
Designed by award-winning architecture practice MHNDU, with interiors by Richards Stanisich.
Together, they have created an environment that speaks to understated luxury - natural materials, refined detailing and an enduring connection to landscape and outlook.

The ground-breaking ceremony brought together the Eterno and Reform Projects teams to formally commence works and acknowledge the collaborative partnership underpinning the project’s delivery.
Sydney Ma, managing director of Eterno, said the appointment of Reform Projects was a natural fit for Halcyon.
“Halcyon is a deeply considered project that demands an exceptional level of craftsmanship and attention to detail,” Sydney said.
“Reform Project’s track record in delivering high-quality residential developments gave us confidence they are the right partner to bring this vision to life.
“This milestone represents more than the start of construction - it marks the realisation of our commitment to creating homes that endure, both architecturally and in the way people live within them.”
Carl van Selm, managing director of Reform Projects, said the team was proud to be entrusted with the delivery of one of Bondi’s most exclusive residential developments.
“Halcyon is a standout project in an iconic location, and it aligns strongly with our focus on quality, collaboration and delivering complex residential builds to the highest standard,” Carl said.
“Eterno’s design ambition and attention to detail set a strong foundation, and we look forward to bringing that vision to life through a rigorous and highly engaged delivery process.”
Reform Projects brings extensive experience in boutique residential construction across Sydney, and their appointment reinforces Eterno’s focus on partnering with best-in-class consultants and contractors across its growing project portfolio.
Halcyon will comprise four levels of expansive residences, including two ground-floor homes with private pools and gardens, and a whole-floor penthouse with sweeping ocean views.
Residents will enjoy premium private amenities including a 17-metre lap pool, plunge pool, wellness cabana with sauna, steam room and ice bath, all set within lush, landscaped surrounds.

With construction completion slated for Q2 2028, Halcyon is set to become a rare expression of refined coastal living in one of Sydney’s most tightly held residential enclaves.
