Since launching to market in June of this year, Melbourne’s most significant parkside development, The Fawkner, has already sold more than half of its apartment offerings with interest spurred predominantly by owner occupiers who understand the project’s never-to-be-built-out views and quality interiors are a rare offering in today’s predictable market.

Following private appointments at the display suite, more than half of the development has already been sold with some astute clients paying between $3 million and $5 million to amalgamate multiple apartments into their ultimate home at The Fawkner.

The 253-apartment development is enviably positioned on the site of the former Fawkner Centre building overlooking Fawkner Park, and is poised to be reimagined by the award-winning architecture and design studio, K.P.D.O into one of Melbourne’s most refined residential buildings featuring truly luxurious apartments with high end amenity offerings for residents.

The development, valued at $300 million is a joint venture between leading real estate investment firm, Qualitas, and respected developer, LAS Group.

Construction of the development is scheduled to commence in late 2015 and scheduled for completion by early 2017.
