Frank Developments has commenced construction on Murano, a 45-residence development at 37 Wyandra Street, Teneriffe, a street that is fast becoming one of Brisbane's most sought-after residential corridors.
The nine-level development - designed by BYculprit and inspired by Venetian craft - sits just two doors from Frank's near-sold-out Ducale development.
Pre-release registrations for Murano are already drawing more than 500 enquiries ahead of public launch.
One to four bedroom configurations, are crowned by two half-floor penthouses with sweeping Brisbane CBD views.

Murano is the second chapter in Frank Developments' growing Teneriffe story.
Just two doors down at 33 Wyandra Street, Ducale, Frank's debut Teneriffe address in partnership with Epoca, is already under construction with just 1 of 26 residences remaining, a 95% sellout that set the benchmark for what the precinct could be.
Together, Murano and Ducale form the Wyandra Street Collection: two cousins in character, craft, and address on a street
that is quietly becoming one of Brisbane's most considered residential corridors.
Founded and directed by Frank Licastro, Frank Developments has built a reputation across Brisbane and the Gold Coast for design-led residential projects that are deeply rooted in their communities.
"Murano is the natural evolution of what we started with Ducale," said Frank.
"These projects are cousins: same street, same commitment to craft, the same belief that Teneriffe deserves architecture that truly belongs here.
"Ducale proved the market was ready for that.
"Murano takes it further."
Frank said the buyer response has solidified Murano's presence in Teneriffe.
"The response ahead of our public launch has validated everything we set out to achieve," said Frank.
"I’m grateful to be living and working in the local streets of Teneriffe."
The architectural vision for both Wyandra Street projects has been entrusted to long-time Frank collaborator BYculprit, an agile, local design house dedicated to enhancing and creating life experiences through rigorous design thinking and delivery excellence.

Construction is being delivered by Armada Built, a trusted partner whose shared commitment to craft and quality made them the natural choice for Murano.
It is the second time Frank and Armada have worked together, a relationship built on aligned values and a mutual refusal to compromise on the details that matter.
Murano takes its name from the Venetian island renowned as the world's centre of glass-making artistry and a place where the pursuit of beauty through craft became a way of life.
The building's curved façade draws its form from the river itself, a quiet nod to the wake left by passing boats and ferries on the Brisbane River nearby.

Flowing Venetian curves meet layered landscaping and a restrained palette of textured surfaces. It is a building in deliberate
conversation with Teneriffe's heritage of material honesty, shaped by the honest brick and timber of the Woolstores that still line its streets today.
Inside, natural travertine, warm-toned stone, european oak timber, and textured cream render carry Italy's long knowledge of making materials feel alive.
Miele appliances, Studio Bagno brushed nickel tapware, and fully ducted air conditioning with individual temperature zoning complete each residence.

At Murano, amenity is conceived with the full rhythm of Teneriffe life in mind, being equal parts restorative and social.
The rooftop is the building's beating heart.
A resort-style pool with private daybeds, a BBQ terrace with a pizza oven and seating, and a private dining room offer everything needed for long afternoons and unhurried evenings.
A sauna and fully equipped gym ensure the restorative side of life is equally well served.

And for those moments that call for something lighter, the building's putt-putt green brings a welcomed sense of play to everyday living.
At ground level, a co-working space with street access speaks to the way Teneriffe's residents actually live and work.
A considered alternative to the home office, just steps from your front door.

Pre-release registrations for Murano are now open, with demolition having commenced in May, marking the beginning of the next phase for one of Teneriffe’s most significant development sites.
A collection of one, two, three-bedroom residences, and four-bedroom penthouses is available buyers ahead of the public launch, and strong interest has already been registered in the pre-release period.
Estimated completion is scheduled for mid-2028.
