There’s a particular feeling that comes with walking into a home that's already finished, where the park is outside, the light is streaming in, and nothing is pending.
That’s the reality at Highett Common right now. Developed by Melbourne-based developer Sunkin Property Group, this 9.3-hectare masterplanned community in Highett, about 17 kilometres southeast of the Melbourne CBD, has a limited selection of completed two- and three-bedroom homes across its two buildings, North Lane and Park House.
For a limited time, new residents will receive access to exclusive Live Now packages complete with curated furniture by Coco Republic, travel-inspired photography artwork by Dolce Dominique, blinds and curtains installed, and a turn-key appliance package with the total valued between $45,000 and $70,000. Here, you are taken care of. No construction timeline wait, you can have keys in hand right now.

What’s included in the move-in packages
Unlike the standard finished stock offering, each completed Highett Common home comes with a curated Live Now move-in package, so that your space feels resolved from the moment you walk in.
Sunkin has partnered with Coco Republic and Dolce Dominique to put together these inclusions that go well beyond the standard offering, maximising the very best elements of apartment living.
The two-bedroom package is valued at up to $45,000; the three-bedroom at up to $70,000. Both include a custom Coco Republic furnishing and styling package tailored to the apartment’s proportions, a Dolce Dominique artwork collection curated around the natural light and bayside outlook, window furnishings throughout, and a premium appliance suite.
That appliance suite includes:
- Haier 431L bottom-freezer fridge with built-in water dispenser
- Bosch 9kg washing machine paired with 9kg heat pump dryer
- Smeg kettle set and toaster
- Breville Barista Pro coffee machine
- Dyson Spot+Scrub AI robotic vacuum
“We approached these residences the way we’d approach a private client brief,” says Rohan Smith, senior interior designer from Coco Republic.
“Each package has been tailored to the proportions and orientation of the apartments at Highett Common, the furniture selections, the textiles, the placement.
“It’s not a cookie-cutter styling job.
“These are considered interiors designed to feel personal from day one.”

Homes designed to live in from day one
Architecturally designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke, each apartment is designed to a premier standard to begin with, featuring a refined material palette, herringbone timber flooring, and sunlit interiors.
The two-bedroom apartments are designed for easy, low-maintenance living, with well-separated bedrooms, a master ensuite, Bosche appliances, and an average 8-star NatHERS energy rating.
The three-bedroom homes beautifully add to that with Calacatta marble benchtops, a butler’s pantry, Gaggenau appliances, and up to 60 sqm of private outdoor terrace.
Both configurations connect directly to Highett Common’s expansive parklands and open green spaces, which make up over 40% of the site.

A precinct built around green space and connection
Highett Common isn’t just the buildings, but also about the 4+ hectares of parkland, walkways, and conservation areas that make up the masterplan.
The newly completed Northern Common Park and playground are already in use. The 3Ha Highett Grassy Woodland conservation area is also set to open by the end of the month. The Mews, a landscaped pedestrian laneway that stitches the precinct together, is also complete for Stage 1 residences. A new Highett library and café under construction now rounds out a neighbourhood designed to be genuinely walkable.
Residents will soon have access to a private amenity suite that includes an indoor pool, a fully equipped gym, wellness and yoga spaces, private dining rooms, and lounge areas, as the project’s next stage, The Mews Collection, nears completion by approximately April 2027. While the Highett Common Connect digital platform keeps residents linked to amenity bookings, social clubs, and building management updates.
Woolworths and Highett train station are right on the doorstep, with Sandringham Beach and the Bay Trail minutes away.
The development is also on track to become Victoria’s first targeted Net Zero Carbon medium-density community, with all-electric homes, EV charging infrastructure, rainwater harvesting, and solar provision built into the design from the ground up.

Bayside living, ready now
Highett is one of Melbourne’s most established coastal suburbs, with tree-lined streets, a strong café, bar, and restaurant culture, and easy access to the bay. Highett Common sits at the centre of it, offering a home that connects to all of that without asking you to wait for it.
The apartments are complete. The park is green. The packages are ready to be customised to each purchaser’s tastes and needs.
Prices range from $725,230 for an elegant two-bedroom apartment with one bath and one car parking space, to $1.285 million for a luxury, park-viewing three-bedder with two baths and two parking spaces.
Four-bedroom townhouses are selling too, priced from $1,687,262.
