There are addresses in Sydney that carry a quiet, unmistakable prestige. Victoria Street in Potts Point is one of them. Tree-lined, steeped in history, and moving at a pace entirely its own, Potts Point has long been Sydney’s most London-like enclave – a neighbourhood where grand Victorian streetscapes meet a cultured, unhurried pace of life. It is, in every sense, Sydney’s Belgravia.
It is here, at 117 Victoria Street, that the aptly named Belgravia development is arriving.

Homes of rare distinction
Set to launch mid-June, Belgravia is a refined collection of just 17 residences, offering two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes individually composed for those who appreciate the extraordinary. These are not apartments assembled to a formula. They are the result of a considered collaboration between world-renowned Koichi Takada Architects, BVN, and the Ceerose family – a Sydney name synonymous with quality, craft, and enduring value since 1998.
Inside, the detail is everything. Polished plaster, exotic marble, bronze doors, and stone portals. Crafted joinery, leather detailing, bespoke lighting, and wall panelling. Soaring high ceilings frame spaces that feel both timeless and entirely alive.
An exquisite sky garden sits above it all, created to be an elevated sanctuary from which residents look out across one of the world’s great harbour cities.

Views that define Sydney
Few homes anywhere in Sydney command outlooks like these. From Belgravia, residents look across the Woolloomooloo Finger Wharf to the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the city skyline, and the glittering harbour beyond.
Here, morning light catches the water and the bridge anchors the horizon. These are views you simply do not tire of.

Life on Victoria Street
To live at Belgravia is to step into one of Sydney’s most walkable and storied neighbourhoods, home to world-class dining, boutique galleries, and a cultured pace of life that is entirely its own.
Victoria Street itself is a destination. Lined with London Plane trees, and its 19th-century terraces protected by heritage orders, the street has a rare permanence to it.
From the top of the historic McElhone Stairs, a few hundred metres from your front door, a clear view corridor opens towards the city and the harbour. From the bottom, Finger Wharf and its celebrated waterfront restaurants are within easy reach.
A food scene that has no equal
Block for block, Potts Point is one of Sydney’s great dining precincts. Favourites such as Fratelli Paradiso, Cho Cho San, and Yellow have long been essential restaurants for the city, and they’re a short stroll away on Macleay Street and Challis Avenue.
On Victoria Street itself, Chaco Bar brings adventurous yakitori inspired by the laneway restaurants of Fukuoka. Head down the McElhone Stairs and you’ll find yourself at Finger Wharf, where Otto Ristorante is a perennial favourite for a long waterside lunch.
On Saturday mornings, the Kings Cross organic food market runs alongside the El Alamein Memorial Fountain, a five-minute walk from Belgravia. For a coffee and brunch, Piña, Room Ten, and a suite of chic cafes are a short stroll away.

Getting around
Kings Cross Station is under 400 metres away from the doorstep, or a five-minute walk, and the M1 Metro line connects residents directly to the city and beyond.
Here, the CBD is a 20-minute walk or a quick bus ride on the 311 that runs directly along the street. For those who prefer to walk, the Royal Botanic Garden and the Art Gallery of NSW are reachable on foot in under 30 minutes. Through the Botanic Garden is the Sydney Opera House, a gorgeous 34-minute walk away – a truly rare aspect to have.
The harbour, the city, and everything in between, it’s all here.

A legacy built to last
Ceerose has been shaping Sydney’s premium residential landscape since 1998. Belgravia advances that tradition, built to be a home not just for today, but an heirloom to be passed down through generations.
Launching very soon in mid-June, Belgravia offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences, including an exquisite penthouse comprising four beds, four and a half baths, and two car parking spaces.
