GRAYA™ unveils one-of-one penthouse: “Unmatched on the Gold Coast”

Rising above Broadbeach’s most sought-after pockets, award-winning Queensland developer GRAYA™ has unveiled its most ambitious residence to date, the Enclave Sky House.

This palatial $26.5 million penthouse spans 1,012 sqm across three private levels, and is the most prolific luxury residence ever delivered by the developer, named The Urban Developer’s 2025 Australian Developer of the Year.

GRAYA™ has also recently announced a three-level amalgamation lower down in the Enclave building by a Dubai resident who paid $22.05 million. This sale further speaks to the development’s high-end, high-quality offering.
