Hutchinson Builders begins construction on S&S Projects’ $130 million Esprit

Luxury property developers S&S Projects have appointed Hutchinson Builders to commence construction on the developers’ third Rainbow Bay project, Esprit.

Hutchinson Builders, one of Queensland’s largest construction companies, has begun construction on the $130 million development. This comes after an initial $71 million in sales, with avid buyers drawn to the leisurely Rainbow Bay lifestyle.

With construction now underway, S&S Projects has announced the final release of luxury apartments at Esprit. Designed by renowned architecture and interior design firm Cottee Parker Architects, these homes specifically cater to those seeking the ideal coastal apartment living, right above some of Australia’s best surf.

Esprit comprises 94 light-filled apartments across two interconnected buildings. Offering a superb collection of floorplans, buyers have the choice of spacious two or three bedroom configurations spanning 12 and seven storeys respectively.

Set to lift the standards of luxury residential amenities, the development will be home to Club Esprit - the Gold Coast’s first ever residents-only wellness rooftop and recreation area. Rainbow Bay is one of the Gold Coast’s most sought-after beachfront suburbs. With a central location in the seaside locality, Esprit boasts natural amenities and cafe culture on its doorstep.

The third of S&S Projects’ Rainbow Bay developments, Esprit comes on the heels of two other active projects that have found success in the coastal hotspot. The $74 million Flow Residences was hailed as one of the nation’s best-selling beachfront projects. While Awaken Residences set a record in the Coolangatta area for its penthouse sale price of $8.15 million.

“With our first two projects considerably progressed, we are pleased to have commenced construction on our third development at Rainbow Bay,” said Paul Gedoun, an avid surfer who has been riding the local breaks for years.

Esprit’s final release comprises two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartments starting at $995,000 and three-bedroom residences from $1.95 million. The two-bedroom homes offer 109 sqm to 128 sqm configurations, while the three-bedroom designs span 151 sqm to 215 sqm.
