The opening of the Coomera Connector Stage One has kicked sales at Keylin and Kinstone Group’s Serenity 4212 masterplan into a new gear.

The community’s Lakeside precinct reporting a surge in enquiry and buyer demand from purchasers eager to live closer to major new infrastructure.

Lakeside Apartments launched in september with strong buyer interest for the two and three-bedroom apartments.

The Lakeside precinct has reported a surge in buyer enquiries, due to the highly desirable location.

This follows significant progress across the masterplan said Lakeside development manager Joe Simpson, which recently welcomed its first residents to the Lakeside villas, marking a new chapter for the community.

“Since construction commenced at Serenity 4212 in 2019, we’ve experienced strong and consistent momentum, with each release and precinct selling out prior to completion,” Joe said.

"And now, with the Coomera Connector Stage One open, we’re seeing this interest and demand kick into the next gear with a surge in enquiry and sales activity for our waterfront precinct," he said.

"The current M1 is seven minutes' away, making our precinct one of the most well-connected with fast, easy access to the northern and southern Gold Coast and all the way to Brisbane." Joe explained.

Coming from a large home in Carrara, Amanda Walton said her and her husband were looking to downsize and purchased a waterfront Lakeside Villa.

They were immediately drawn to the property’s location, specifically the proximity to growing infrastructure yet surrounded by nature and water.

“My husband and I no longer needed our big home in Carrara; our older children have moved out and it’s just too much space for us and our youngest daughter,” said Amanda.

“The location was a big factor for me because I wanted to live somewhere that really fits both my lifestyle and my work.

"I’m always on the go, so having great infrastructure close by makes a huge difference in my day-to-day life," she said.

“With the new Coomera Connector making it easier to get between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, we still feel close to everything, but get to come home to a calm setting with greenery and water all around us,” Amanda concluded.

Lakeside sales lead Tony Ashwin of Ashwin Property said Helensvale is in high demand due to its unparalleled location just minutes from transport and major employment areas.

This including the GC Health & Knowledge precinct, new Hope Island train station, Coomera Hospital, and a proposed private day hospital.

According to PropTrack, the median home price in Helensvale has increased by 13.4% and median apartment price has increased by 9.3% in the past 12 months, compared to 10.06% for all residences on the Gold Coast.

With construction underway by leading builder CoStruct, Lakeside Apartments offers a collection of 85 two and three-bedroom apartments across two four-level residential buildings.

Capturing views across Lake Serenity, the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area and Surfers Paradise skyline.

"Lakeside Apartments are on track for residents to move in by Spring 2027," said Joe.

Located on the fringe of Hope Island and in one of the fastest growing regions in Queensland, Serenity 4212 is a peninsula community bordered by a private lake and the 1200-hectare Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area.

More than one-third of the 65-hectare master plan is dedicated as nature reserve, while a further 10 hectares has been transformed into parkland.

Keylin and Kinstone Group have taken extensive measures to protect the rare natural surrounds, including planting nearly 2,000 new trees and 45,000 plants and rehabilitating the neighbouring habitat which is home to over 270 animal species.
