Azure’s director Trent Keirnan said that the company was thrilled to be bringing a rare opportunity to a tightly held market.

“Oakmont nestles beautifully in its landscape and the rarity of golf course frontage property makes it more special. When residents step beyond the secure gates, they will experience world class design, and recreation and wellness amenities like nothing ever delivered in terrace product in south-east Queensland,” said Mr Keirnan.

“There is incredible demand for luxury terrace residences in the Brookwater precinct and we look forward to delivering a project that aligns with Azure’s ethos to create exemplary living spaces in such an idyllic location,” said Mr Keirnan.

YPM Group’s director Bryce O’Connor said there was incredible confidence in the Brookwater market.

“We think buyers will appreciate the lifestyle that they’re investing in when they purchase at Oakmont,” said Mr O’Connor.

“We’re expecting Oakmont to appeal to two distinct buyer demographics. The first being owner-occupiers seeking a brand-new home within the Brookwater community, as well as investors searching for a sophisticated and quality investment,” said Mr O’Connor.

Oakmont has secured the award-winning excellence of Plus Architecture for the architectural design of the terraces, and Melbourne-based interior architecture and design studio, Nyhof Walkley to design the timeless and elegant, communal areas.
