Nestled within Melbourne’s most prestigious enclave, Como Toorak brings architectural prestige to 2 Bruce Street. Developed by Prime Edition and designed by acclaimed Melbourne architecture practice Jolson, with landscapes by Paul Bangay, this collection of just 16 residences elevates the idea of contemporary apartment living.
A highlight? The development’s façade is made from over 100,000 handmade bricks imported from Spain. Here, it’s truly a celebration of craft, nature, and a profound sense of place.
With construction well underway, you can move in this summer.

Architecture that reflects Toorak’s poise
Every detail of Como Toorak has been approached with purpose. The building’s sculptural form is a symphony of chiselled edges, gentle curves, and handcrafted texture, distinguished by a façade composed of over 100,000 handmade bricks, sourced from artisans in Valencia, Spain.
As Eric Loi, director of Prime Edition, revealed, “With their unique dimensions and terracotta finish, this brick brings authenticity and character that has never been seen before anywhere in the world.”
Soft hues and nuanced tones play beautifully with the light, mirroring the elegance of the surrounding gardens and heritage streetscapes. Entry is through artisanally made steel gates into a light-filled lobby, where a daytime concierge greets residents with the grace and attention of a boutique hotel.
“It's important to us that the architectural detail and interior detail were consistent, so you'll see the beautiful curved forms of the facade translated into the interior elements as well,” said Mat Wright, director of Jolson Architecture and Interiors.

One-of-a-kind homes shaped by nature and light
Inside, Jolson’s design philosophy extends seamlessly from the exterior. Expansive glazing, soaring proportions, and a refined material palette bring together form and function in balance.
Each residence, from the serene ground-floor homes with private courtyards to the penthouses wrapped in glass, was designed to be an individual work of architecture. This means that each one is a one-of-a-kind home.
As a resident, you will benefit from private basement garages, smart-home technology, and in select apartments, wellness centres and wine cellars – features that reflect Prime Edition’s forward-thinking approach. Kitchens are fitted with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and custom joinery throughout ensures each home is as functional as it is beautiful.
From oak floorboards and polished plaster walls to natural stone and textured porcelain, every design element has been chosen for longevity and tactility.

Where greenery meets grandeur
Landscape designer Paul Bangay has envisioned the gardens of Como as living compositions. Lush planters and cascading greenery embrace the building’s façade, while private gardens and terraces extend the serenity of Como Park directly into each home.
Over time, these landscapes will mature and weave further into the architecture, ensuring Como Toorak continues to evolve gracefully for decades to come.

A high-end village lifestyle
Just 600 metres from Toorak Village, Como Toorak’s location rounds off this exceptional offering. As a resident, you will be among coveted Toorak’s most refined offerings, including boutique shopping, fine dining, and manicured green spaces, with Como Park and the Royal South Yarra Tennis Club as neighbours.
Heritage mansions and treelined streets make up this blue-chip neighbourhood, while convenient transport connections, including the Hawksburn train station a 15-minute walk away, trams, and easy M1 access, ensure you are well-connected. With prestigious schools nearby, families are catered to as well.

With completion expected this summer, Como Toorak stands as a testament to Melbourne’s architectural craftsmanship at its most sophisticated. With the façade now complete, this marks a major milestone in the journey of 2 Bruce Street.
Two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences are selling. Priced from $3.75 million for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, and two-car park terrace residence.
