Nestled in bayside’s most prestigious postcode, 75 William St is a shapely collection of townhomes and an all-encompassing sequence of luxury living. Born from an industry-leading collaboration between developer Nest Projects, visionary designer Nicholas Wright, award-winning studio Mim Design and Mark Browning, these meticulously crafted townhomes are set to redefine elegance in Brighton.

“75 William Street is an impressive corner location with north facing rear orientation. The landscape and unobstructed views over William Street Reserve inspired me to create a classic and bold statement with soft curves, arches, texture and light.”

Nicholas Wright, Architectural Designer

The development is immediately recognisable from the streetscape by its shapely architecture, full-height glazing and grand arched forms - creating an architecturally memorable arrival experience. High-end landscaper Mark Brown’s lush design complements the fluid lines of the structure to present a harmonious blend of natural and architectural elements.

This first-time collaboration between Nicholas Wright and Mim Design is nothing short of extraordinary. The architectural facade is echoed throughout the homes with curved lines and bespoke joinery, creating a flowing transition between the outside and in. Miriam Fanning, Principal of Mim Design, says, “75 William St is unashamedly bold in its response to the architectural dialogue creating an interior full of charm and character.”

“Fluid, sculptural forms, natural stone and fine metal detailing, coupled with large, liveable spaces result in a unique, eye-catching interior that is elegant and memorable,” she continues. Generous, open spaces invoke a gallery-style layout that is more versatile than prescriptive - inviting residents to inject their personalities into the space.

Mim Design has selected a lavish material palette to create a unique living environment. High-end brushed nickel finishes complement the calming circular motifs throughout the homes, while softer timber detailing adds to the ambience. The kitchen offers both form and functionality with a suite of premium Gaggenau appliances and an integrated Fisher & Paykel fridge and freezer. European oak flooring features underfoot to create a warm and organic aesthetic, contrasting beautifully with the cool-toned marble surfaces. At 75 William St, the marble is a celebrated design feature. Distinct green variations add unique character to the surface, imbuing a timeless sense of opulence rarely found in even the most luxurious properties.

These townhomes offer more than luxury; 75 William St also presents an unrivalled suite of amenities to make day-to-day living as effortless as possible. Each home offers private lifts to enhance accessibility and add another layer of comfort. In addition, all homes feature a private rooftop jacuzzi for the perfect place to unwind after a long day, while two townhomes also feature a spectacular plunge pool. All terraces have been designed with heightened visibility in mind; unimpeded views backdrop the experience and create sightlines towards the dynamic skyline.

Nest Projects has certainly raised the bar in high-end developments in the past and does so once again with 75 William St. The project is already reaping the rewards of its highly-experienced and industry-acclaimed development team by meeting the demand for luxury townhomes in Brighton. Developer Nicholas Agnew explains, “Nest Projects is known for its premium developments; the quality of our projects mirrors the quality of our industry partnerships. The team behind 75 William St is nothing short of extraordinary, which is clearly reflected in the calibre of the homes themselves.”

This exclusive collaboration has indeed brought together the best minds across the industry to offer a richly nuanced luxury lifestyle unlike anything seen in Brighton - or its surrounding suburbs. 75 William St opens to the market on 11 and 12 December 2021 - for more information on the project or to book an appointment, click here.
