Niecon Group is set to launch Reflections on the Broadwater, a $168 million development comprising 90 residences across 14 levels at Biggera Waters.
The development continues the family-owned developer's five-decade legacy on the Gold Coast.

Reflections on the Broadwater at Biggera Waters will represent a refined, contemporary expression of the Niecon philosophy, one that has evolved over more than five decades shaping the city’s skyline.
With an award-winning design legacy that includes iconic Gold Coast projects such as the city defining The Oracle and Niecon Plaza at Broadbeach, Aqua at Labrador and Ventura Residences at Mermaid Beach, Niecon is now turning its attention to a more intimate style of waterfront living.
“Reflections on the Broadwater is about elevating waterfront living through simplicity, elegance and connection to the natural environment,” said William Nikiforides, Niecon’s third generation managing director.
“The Broadwater does all the talking and we believe with our new development we will honour this special part of the Gold Coast.”
Reflections on the Broadwater is being undertaken on a 2,288 sqm site on the Biggera Waters foreshore, one of the Gold Coast market’s most tightly held waterfront corridors.

To bring the vision to life, Niecon has partnered with award winning Brisbane architectural practice Kris Kowalski Architects and acclaimed interior design studio Tom Mark Henry.
The collaboration presents a design shaped by simplicity, natural materials and a deep connection to the foreshore.
“We wanted to create a building that feels grounded and genuinely connected to its surroundings,” said William.
“It will be a community with room to breathe as every amenity space is positioned to capture panoramic views across the Broadwater, the northern Gold Coast and surrounding city skyline.”
The curated collection of residences at Reflections range in size from 109sqm to 184sqm, comprising 68 two bedroom residences and 22 premium three bedroom residences with a multipurpose room
Interiors are specified to a level rarely seen at this scale on the northern Gold Coast.
Residences feature gourmet kitchens with Miele appliances, engineered stone surfaces, engineered timber flooring, premium wool blend carpet, zoned ducted air conditioning and double glazed windows designed to enhance comfort and acoustic performance.

Many residences include walk in pantries, and all offer generous balconies and secure car parking on title.
The building is pet friendly by design, supported by a dedicated caretaker and building manager, a resident car wash bay and secure bicycle storage.
Amenity is concentrated across two elevated spaces, each positioned to capture panoramic Broadwater and skyline views.
The Wellness Terrace offers a Broadwater facing heated resort pool, thermal hot and cold plunge pools, sauna, outdoor shower, fully equipped gymnasium, Zen garden and yoga lawn.
The Residents’ Lounge complements the building with a library, fireplace and work from home space, gourmet catering kitchen with Miele appliances, dining room, entertainment lounge, outdoor terrace and premium barbecue facilities.
Privately owned and family led since 1969, Niecon Group has delivered more than 23 residential and commercial projects worth a combined $2.14 billion since inception and created more than 15,000 construction jobs.
“Reflections is the next chapter, a project shaped by our family’s experience that has been crafted by a contemporary vision,” William said.
As both developer and builder, Niecon retains direct oversight of delivery, with purchasers receiving regular updates throughout planning, construction and settlement.
The project which is being launched to the market in September is expected to be completed in late 2028.
