Lewis Land debuts Harbour Shores display for Sky Homes with private marina berths

Lewis Land has opened the first display home for its Sky Homes at Harbour Shores, a collection of three double-storey residences at The Waterline each featuring a private marina berth and rooftop terrace. 

First residents are expected to move in mid-October.

Lewis Land head of development Michael Long said the Sky Homes were designed for owners seeking elevated ‘lock-and-leave luxury’ without compromising on the Gold Coast’s boating lifestyle.

“Marina berths are becoming increasingly difficult to secure across the Gold Coast, so including one with every Sky Home makes this a genuinely rare offering,” said Michael.

“The private 70-berth marina will accommodate boats up to 12-metres in length and is positioned just 2.5 kilometres from the Broadwater, placing the open ocean only 15 minutes away.

“Being able to step out of your home onto your boat is a rare luxury, and it’s something residents here can look forward to when it opens later this year.”

Construction on The Waterline is now complete.

Michael said buyers can now experience Harbour Shores exactly how it will be enjoyed by residents, with the first display home now open for appointments.

“This is the first opportunity the Gold Coast has had to step into Harbour Shores and see, touch and feel what we’re bringing to life here,” Michael said.

“There are only three Sky Homes within The Waterline, ranging in size from 282sqm to 367sqm, with each residence featuring three large bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple living zones, expansive custom-built kitchens with butler’s pantry, and large balconies capturing Broadwater views.”

Secure basement parking provides each Sky Home with three car parks and additional storage. 

The Waterline also features its own private pool and residents will have access to the expansive amenities on offer at Harbour Shores including a large lagoon pool, social clubhouse, tennis court, gym, yoga and sauna facilities.

Michael said Lewis Land partnered with renowned interior design firm Studio Collective to furnish the display home and help buyers experience the scale, warmth and lifestyle firsthand.

“We partnered with Studio Collective to deliver an interior styling scheme that showcases how these homes can be lived in to enjoy the ultimate Cold Coast lifestyle – not just looked at,” Michael said.

Studio Collective director Melissa Park said the curated styling complements the coastal setting in a more considered, timeless way.

“We drew inspiration from the canals and coastal surrounds, but our approach was to interpret that subtly through layered materials and a grounded palette of earthy tones, rather than literal coastal references,” Melissa said.

“We introduced hero moments of green and teal to reference the surrounding waterways, while mirrored elements help reflect natural light.

The Residences, a limited collection of luxury three and four-bedroom villas situated directly along the waterfront boardwalk, also come with their own private marina berth.
