A Wollongong complex containing a dozen high-end apartments has hit the market as part of an off-the-plan campaign.
'Coast Wollongong' is located on Church Street.
The luxury apartments will be a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes, as well as three sub-penthouse Sky Homes, and the double-storey penthouse with pool and wine cellar.
Construction is due to begin in October by Insight Development Group.

Selling agent, Daniel Kostovski from Rise Property Group said the apartments in the nine-storey project had now been on the market for a week as part of the off-the-plan campaign.
None have sold yet, but Mr Kostovski said the project had been attracting strong interest from both Illawarra and interstate buyers.
The one-bedders are priced from $825,000, the sole two-bedder is $1.8 million, and three-bedders start from $2.5 million. The sub-penthouses and penthouse haven't been priced yet.
"It's a limited product; high-end finishes and a boutique building," Daniel said.
"And there are coastal views from level two to three upwards.
"The feedback we're getting is that there's nothing like it in Wollongong.
"The design would follow some of the products that you're seeing further north on the Gold Coast. And the developer is keen to bring something different to Wollongong."
Daniel said it was estimated that construction would be completed in the second quarter of 2027. The developers are the Illawarra-based MIND Property Group.
Last year, CEO/managing director Izaac Trpeski told the Mercury the project would ideally be suited to "a downsizer, a discerning buyer or a young professional".
Izaac said the project would feature high-end amenities, finishes and appliances, and would be their highest-profile project so far.
"We're seeing a gap in the market in Wollongong. We're seeing a lot of developments going up that are very cookie-cutter in a way, where they're just straight up and down blocks," he said.
According to the marketing, there will be high-end materials and luxury appliances throughout, including engineered stone benchtops and modern appliances, as well as full-height windows and large open-plan living.
The penthouse features a private rooftop pool over two levels.
