One Circular Quay, Lendlease and Mitsubishi Estate Asia’s luxury residential tower, reaches a groundbreaking milestone surpassing $1 billion worth of sales as construction powers ahead. Since its exclusive off-market launch in late 2022, more than 50% of residences have pre-sold.
Designed by the multi-award-winning visionary and founder of Kerry Hill Architects, Kerry Hill, the brand-new development will deliver highly sought-after residences on the doorstep of Sydney’s world-renowned harbour.

Spanning 58 levels, the luxury residential tower will soar 200 metres and comprise 158 apartments of two, three, and four-bedroom configurations offering dual icon views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
Levels 50 to 55 will be home to One Circular Quay’s six exclusive full-floor sub penthouses. Crowning the tower on levels 56 to 58 is the spectacular three-storey penthouse boasting five bedrooms, a private lift, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking panoramic vistas of Sydney’s internationally known harbour, and a north-facing swimming pool and terrace.
The harbourfront home of a lifetime, the development will offer residents exclusive access to premium amenities, including a private indoor pool, gymnasium, steam room, and dedicated concierge services.
As part of One Circular Quay’s exclusive off-market sales campaign, a state-of-the-art display suite has been unveiled to prospective buyers by invitation only.
Alongside One Circular Quay, a 220-room Waldorf Astoria hotel will be delivered by Lendlease, marking the entry of Hilton’s iconic luxury brand into Australia. In February of this year (2023), Lendlease and Mitsubishi Estate Asia exchanged contracts with Fiveight, the property division of Tattarang, for the sale and delivery of the hotel.
The One Circular Quay residences and Waldorf Astoria hotel are targeted for a late 2026 completion.
