Gold Coast developer Sherpa Property Group has achieved a major milestone at the $110 million Perspective Nexus in Palm Beach, with all 35 apartments now sold ahead of the project’s scheduled completion in September.

The sell-out success of Perspective Nexus underscores the continued strong demand for premium coastal property and further cements Palm Beach’s status as one of the Gold Coast’s most sought-after residential locations.

“To have now sold-out of Perspective Nexus before completion is just a fantastic result,” said Christie Leet, founder of Sherpa Property Group.

“The sales have largely been driven by local downsizers, many live in Palm Beach already, who have been captivated by the beach lifestyle that Nexus will offer.”

“We started designing this project in 2023, and to be just months out of from completion with all residences now sold is truly rewarding, and a testament to the hard work our team have put in, but the journey doesn’t finish here.”

“Sherpa will be servicing the residents beyond settlement including managing any rentals.

We have also hired a full-time concierge service who will assist with the move in process to show residents how to use their appliances, have someone set up their flat packs or run to Bunnings – whatever we can do to make the move-in that bit easier.”

Located at 949-953 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach, Perspective Nexus will deliver a boutique collection of 35 luxury apartments, including two half-floor penthouses, and three two-storey Sky Homes.

The apartments offer spacious two- to four-bedroom layouts, with the upper levels enjoying sweeping views of Currumbin Alley and beyond to the Pacific Ocean.

The sell-out comes as demand continues to outpace supply for premium coastal homes on the southern Gold Coast, with Palm Beach attracting strong interest from owner-occupiers, particularly retirees and empty nesters seeking high-end, low-maintenance residences by the sea.

Residents at Perspective Nexus will enjoy exclusive access to a suite of resort-style amenities, including a wellness centre with magnesium spa, sauna and steam room, as well as pool, outdoor BBQ area, and alfresco dining area.

“Palm Beach really means a lot to us at Sherpa. It’s a special place, and we’re proud to be contributing to its next chapter,” said Christie.

“We’ve put a lot of thought into creating something that fits the area and enhances the lifestyle locals already love.

Last year, Sherpa made headlines by donating one of the $1.2 million apartments at Perspective Nexus to local non-profit charity Serving Our People, supporting their mission to fight food insecurity and help families doing it tough.

"At Sherpa Property Group, community is at the heart of everything we do. We want to help those around us and give back to a community that has supported us,” said Christie.

Perspective Nexus marks the latest success in Sherpa’s ‘Perspective’ portfolio, following the strong momentum at Perspective Helm on Chevron Island, which is now 90% sold.

The record-breaking $10 million sale of Penthouse 10 at Helm earlier this year has reinforced Sherpa’s position as a leading creator of premium, owner-occupier residences across the Gold Coast.

With construction on track for completion in September by LPS Group, Perspective Nexus is set to become Palm Beach’s most exclusive new address.
