Pikos Group unveils five new penthouses at Kangaroo Point

Pikos Group has released the Skye Penthouse Collection - five signature residences crowning its landmark Kangaroo Point address. Early offers are indicating, that the penthouses will exceed all previous Queensland records.

Leading the collection is Skye One, a two-storey sky home of over 1,000 square metres featuring a private rooftop pool, sauna and steam room with uninterrupted views over the Brisbane River and CBD skyline. 

Complete with a 247-square-metre private rooftop terrace featuring a rooftop pool, sauna and steam room, a fully appointed entertainers' kitchen, and elevated sundecks. 

Where the four penthouses are delivered as finished residences, Skye One is offered as a beginning. 

Buyers work directly with the project team to determine every finish, space and detail. 

It is a residence shaped, ultimately, by the person who calls it home.

Running through every kitchen, bathroom and balcony across the project is over 20,000 square metres of Roman Classic Travertine, quarried in Tivoli and hand-selected in Italy by Pedro Pikos alongside interior designer Julie Williamson and third-generation travertine specialist Mario Caucci. 

It is a material with provenance that cannot be replicated.

Pikos Group founder and executive director Pedro Pikos said the collection reflects a long-held ambition.

"True legacy isn't measured by what we build today, but by what endures tomorrow," Pedro said. 

"Our ambition is to create places that become more valuable with time, enrich the lives of generations, and stand as timeless landmarks long after we've stepped away."

The project reflects decades of accumulated expertise from the Pikos Group team, with interiors led by Julie Williamson, who drew directly from the landscape surrounding the building.

"Materiality tells the story of a place," Julie said. 

"We looked to the movement of the Brisbane River, the texture of the cliff face and the warmth of the surrounding landscape to create interiors that feel understated, enduring and unmistakably Brisbane."

Set above the ancient cliffs of Kangaroo Point, Skye places residents within moments of Brisbane's premier dining, cultural and retail precincts, including Howard Smith Wharves, South Bank and the James Street precinct, while remaining apart from all of it.
