Plus Studio and Moorgate Property unveil Crest Mosman with event for Sydney’s creative community

Plus Studio has celebrated the unveiling of Crest Mosman, developed in partnership with Moorgate Property, with an event for Sydney’s creative community at one of the residences. 

The development comprises six three- and four-bedroom residences with panoramic views across Middle Head and Sydney Harbour, set six metres below street level for privacy.

Leading the architectural and interior design, Plus Studio drew inspiration from the natural contours of the site and its connection to the harbour. 

The residences sit six metres below street level, creating a sense of privacy and retreat while maximising the uninterrupted water views.

Against this coastal backdrop, guests were welcomed into one of the beautifully appointed residences for an evening celebrating the intersection of architecture, design and hospitality.

The evening brought together considered details and a relaxed sense of occasion, with roaming canapés including petite crab tarts with chives and spring onion petals, house-made chicken nuggets topped with cream cheese and caviar, grilled scallops with garlic butter and herbs, and spicy watermelon margarita bites with lime and coconut, while a martini tower and DJ set completed the experience.

Bringing Sydney’s creative community together in one of Plus Studio’s latest residential developments, the evening celebrated Crest Mosman as a distinctive expression of contemporary coastal living, where thoughtful design, considered interiors and an exceptional setting come together.
