With more than half of the apartments now sold, Hamilton Marino has been appointed with construction set to commence very soon. The team has a goal to complete the project by mid-2025.

There is still time to take advantage of massive stamp duty savings for First Home Buyers and Owner Occupiers, where one can save up to $150,000 on a residence in LOUISE. Eligible first-home buyers will also be able to receive the $10,000 grant from the state government towards their purchase.

When LOUISE launched, the development comprised 98 residences. That number was reduced to 89 apartments due to many owner-occupiers amalgamating two or three apartments to create their perfect forever home.
