Big things are coming to Wentworth Point and they’re nothing short of spectacular. Sekisui House Australia is about to launch Summit & Ridge, the newest and most striking chapter in its award-winning Sanctuary masterplan.
Officially hitting the market on Saturday 16 August, this exciting release brings a bold mix of beautifully designed apartments, sweeping water views, and resort-style amenities all crafted for the way people want to live today. Think bigger spaces, better connections to nature, and even an on-site childcare centre for growing families.

Designed by acclaimed architecture practice TURNER across London and Sydney studios, Summit (40 storeys) & Ridge (33 storeys) comprises 488 apartments.
“Summit & Ridge represents the pinnacle of Sanctuary living with a very high calibre of design. We have observed a growing demand for larger apartments, particularly three and four-bedroom homes, driven by the needs of families," said, Zac Petrovic, project director – apartment & mixed-use developments at Sekisui House Australia.
"This stage is leading the way by introducing the first integrated childcare facility within the development. In response to this trend, we have expanded our offering of spacious residences in Stage Four.
“There is also a growing interest from purchasers who are seeking a better lifestyle, superior design and the benefits of being part of a master planned community.
"Summit & Ridge delivers all of these aspects and more. Spectacular water views and resort-level amenities featuring a swimming pool and outdoor seating areas will be showcased.”
Shewanna Mendis, Director at TURNER said, “Summit & Ridge is a striking architectural marker, proudly standing between Sydney Olympic Park’s Millennium Marker, the foreshore park and water. The design frames views, guides movement and enhances the connection between nature and the city.
“Organic, petal-like forms define the towers, creating a sculptural presence that responds to its surroundings. As you move around them, the forms appear to dance, reinforcing a sense of place and individuality.”
A landscaped podium acts as a green spine between the towers, seamlessly connecting the architectural form to the natural environment and reinforcing the Sanctuary masterplan’s focus on ecological integration but also offers residents an elevated garden experience.
“The spaces in between are just as important as the architecture itself. Summit & Ridge is designed with people in mind, a place where city and nature converge, balancing vibrancy with tranquillity,” added Shewanna.

Townhouses activate the street-level interface, bringing character to the precinct while offering a rare opportunity for low-density living within a high-rise community. The grand entry lobby, featuring double height glazing and sculptural metal panels, creates a bold first impression and a seamless transition between the built form and the urban landscape.
Angus Henderson, founder of Henderson & Co. and interior designer said, “The interiors were inspired by the natural rhythm and refinement of the Sanctuary masterplan. We approached these residences as a continuation of the site’s immersive landscape setting, designing not just spaces, but a lifestyle experience.”
Two interior schemes, Orchid and Poppy offer buyers a choice between soft, serene tones or a more dramatic, expressive palette. Both are anchored in a carefully curated blend of mid-tone timber laminates, travertine-inspired surfaces, brushed metal accents and soft loop pile carpets, creating spaces that are tactile, layered and timeless.
Summit will feature resident-only amenities on level 30 including a resort-style pool and sauna, while Ridge offers an outdoor cinema, sunset bar and dining space on level 24. A 110-place childcare centre at the base of Ridge further supports growing families.
One-bedroom apartments start at $720,000 with two-bedroom homes from $1.045 million. Three and four-bedroom apartments will be released at future launches.
Nearby amenities include Marina Square Shopping Centre, Wentworth Point High School, ferry terminal, train station and the future Parramatta Light Rail. Construction is anticipated to commence in Q4 2025 and completed by Q3 2028.
Every apartment is backed by Sekisui House’s 4 Gold Star iCIRT rating, a trusted mark of integrity, capability and financial stability.
