Sekisui House Australia has completed Laguna & Glade, the second stage of its award-winning Sanctuary masterplan at Wentworth Point, delivering 163 apartments. The 95% sold development, is offering a limited selection of three and four-bedroom riverfront apartments remaining.
The new precinct introduces a Neighbourhood Green, a central open space featuring water play, communal BBQs, a dog wash and lush lawns, alongside Revive: a three-storey wellness hub with a pool, gym, sauna and spa exclusively for all Sanctuary residents to enjoy.

“The completion of Laguna & Glade is the second stage delivered under the reimagined masterplan approved in 2022, which introduced more public open spaces and community amenities aligned with Sekisui House’s core design principles - harmony between people and the environment," said development manager, apartments & mixed use developments at Sekisui House, Wilson Kuok.
“These buildings bring to life the vision of a connected, sustainable and family-friendly community," Wilson said.
Through the delivery of the Neighbourhood Green and Revive, we are reinforcing Sanctuary as a place where residents can come together and benefit from living, socialising and exercising in one location, surrounded by a waterfront environment.”
James McCarthy, director at Turner, said Laguna & Glade captures the essence of the Sanctuary masterplan’s parkside identity.
“This new phase delivers much-needed green space and public domain for Wentworth Point, which extends the green surrounds through the community," James said.
“Laguna & Glade reinforces Sanctuary’s ethos of parkside living where every home is linked to nature.
"The design reflects the maturing demographic of Wentworth Point, where families seek the space, light and functionality of a home with the convenience of apartment living.”
“These dual-aspect apartments enjoy home-like proportions, expansive balconies and thoughtful zoning between living and sleeping areas, ideal for multi-generational families,” James said.

Yvette Olsen, senior associate at Turner, said Revive was conceived as a focal point within the Sanctuary precinct, a shared well-being space that extends the residential offering, beyond the apartments.
“While the precinct already features expansive public areas such as the parklands, riverfront and foreshore, Revive introduces a more intimate retreat," Yvette said.
"Its indoor lap pool, spa, sauna and gym create a serene sanctuary where residents can unwind, recharge and reconnect in a peaceful space.”
Yvette said that Revive was designed to reflect modern wellness needs, with spaces for both energy and recovery.
“Revives indoor lap pool, spa, sauna and gym allow for a variety of uses from active sessions to quieter, restorative moments," Yvette said.
"The spaces are intended to feel like a spa retreat, filled with light, elegance and simplicity, creating a tranquil environment that soothes and slows the senses.”
Yvette said several design features strengthen the connection to nature and enhance relaxation.
“External bronze awnings and screens provide shading and privacy, while large glazing panels open up views to the park and river. Curved internal walls evoke natural movement, and a palette of warm, neutral tones brings a sense of quiet luxury,” Yvette said.

For residents Donny and Lynda, who moved into Glade, the experience has been transformative.
“We have always loved Wentworth Point," Lynda said.
"Our son has lived here for over 12 years.
"When we saw Laguna & Glade, we knew straight away the project would be special.
"They stood out from every other apartment development in the area, and we are pleased it is now our home.”
“We purchased a two-bedroom, two-bathroom on the ground floor of Glade," Lynda said.
"It is north-facing and opens onto the Neighbourhood Green.
"The design is stunning, modern with gentle curves and stylish colours inside and out.
"The finishes are beautiful, and any small tweaks were addressed with great service.”
Donny said their favourite feature is the spacious wrap around courtyard.
“It extends from our floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and brings in so much natural light," Donny said.
"We overlook the park, Revive and the foreshore.
"Living here gives us a village life.
"We can walk to the ferry, bus and shops and have already made great friends.
"We have invested in a lifestyle.”
Laguna & Glade continues Sekisui House’s commitment to sustainable urban living, with apartments featuring double glazing, zoned air conditioning and dual water supply networks using recycled water.
Set on a secluded riverside site framed by the Parramatta River and Sydney Olympic Park nature reserve, Sanctuary represents a new model of parkside urbanism.
When complete in 2030, the masterplan will feature around 2,000 homes, retail and community amenities and expansive open spaces connected by green corridors.
