Abadeen has officially completed Seychelles, its defining beachfront residential landmark at Brighton Le Sands, unveiling two rare penthouses as the project enters its final release.
With over 90 per cent of homes already sold, the building marks a significant evolution for Sydney’s southern coastline, delivering contemporary coastal luxury to one of its most historic stretches of shoreline.
Construction is led by Jasara Constructions, as residents are set to move in from January 2026, perfectly timed for summer.

Set on one of the last true absolute beachfront sites along The Grand Parade, directly opposite Brighton Le Sands Beach, Seychelles has captured the imagination of the community, who have watched the transformation of this iconic location with anticipation.
The project is now emerging as a defining landmark for one of Sydney’s most tightly held waterfront suburbs.
Positioned just moments from the area’s lively café and dining precinct, Seychelles offers uninterrupted views across Botany Bay and direct access to coastal walks, parklands, and calm swimming beaches.
Its elegant architecture and natural palette echo the rhythm of the coastline, combining sculptural forms with a refined, timeless aesthetic that speaks to relaxed, sophisticated beachfront living.
Comprising a boutique collection of two and three-bedroom residences, along with two penthouses released to market for the first time this week, Seychelles has been designed for privacy, space and enduring quality.

Interiors are detailed with natural stone, warm timber joinery and expansive glazing that draws the panoramic water views inside.
Justin Brown, executive chairman and founder of Abadeen, said Seychelles represents one of the most significant milestones in Brighton Le Sands’ modern history.

“Seychelles is spectacular in every sense,
"It occupies one of Sydney’s most breathtaking beachfront positions, where every residence opens to an endless blue horizon,” he said.
“What makes this project truly special is the way it connects contemporary architecture with its coastal setting and the area’s heritage,
"The historic Saywell Terraces have been carefully restored and reimagined, standing proudly at the forefront of the development,
"While the glass and brick apartment building behind them captures the reflection of the ocean through its soft, sculptural curves,
"It is exceptionally rare to find a brand-new home in Brighton Le Sands that brings together this level of craftsmanship, position and serenity directly on the water’s edge,” Justin concluded.
With over 90% of residences sold, only a handful of homes remain available in the final release, including two signature penthouses released this week.
