Sherpa Group has achieved a complete sellout of its $67 million Flourish Oasis development in Palm Beach, with all 51 apartments secured just months after launching in November 2025.

72.5% of the buyers are locals, reinforcing Palm Beach's emergence as one of the Gold Coast's most tightly held coastal lifestyle destinations.

Located at 7 and 9 Sixth Avenue, Palm Beach, the $67 million development has resonated strongly with both local owner-occupiers and downsizers seeking high-quality residences within walking distance of the beach, dining precincts and everyday amenities.

Christie Leet, Founder of Sherpa Group, said the sell-out reflected both the strength of the Palm Beach market and the success of Sherpa's community-first approach to development.

"The sell-out of Oasis is a fantastic outcome and reinforces the strong demand we're seeing for thoughtfully designed apartments in lifestyle locations," Christie said.

"From the outset, our vision was to create a development that genuinely enhanced the Palm Beach community while providing residents with exceptional homes and wellness-focused amenities.

"We've been incredibly encouraged by the level of local support throughout the campaign, 72.5% of buyers are locals, with a significant proportion of purchasers choosing Oasis as their future home rather than an investment.

“To celebrate this incredible milestone, we have chosen to give back to the community, and support one of our local Gold Coast athletes, Ruby Walker, as she represents Australia in the upcoming U16 World Waterpolo Championships.”

The project attracted strong interest from Gold Coast residents, reflecting growing demand from locals seeking to remain in the area amid limited new housing supply and increasing competition for quality apartments.

Construction is now progressing following development approval, with trusted builder LPS Group delivering the project and completion anticipated in Q3 2027.

"The success of Oasis demonstrates that buyers continue to prioritise quality, location and lifestyle," Christie said.

"We are proud to have delivered a project that has resonated so strongly with the market and look forward to bringing Oasis to life for our future residents."

The sell-out further underscores Palm Beach's emergence as one of South East Queensland's most desirable residential destinations, supported by strong population growth, limited housing supply and an increasingly vibrant coastal lifestyle offering.
