Queensland developer Azure has unveiled a fully furnished display terrace home at its $72 million Oakmont development in Brookwater. The golf frontage gated community enters its final release - with four bedroom residences, as Azure is edging toward a sellout.

The display home will be open to the public, showcasing their premium design, craftsmanship and lifestyle that has already driven strong demand throughout the project. The final anticipated premium golf frontage release is all that.

Oakmont has strongly resonated with local buyers, particularly downsizers seeking to transition from family homes in the area to take up the premium golf frontage lifestyle offered by Oakmont.

"We've always believed there was an opportunity to create a premium terrace home offering that allowed locals to remain in the Brookwater community they know and love, while embracing a lower-maintenance lifestyle," said Azure founder, Trent Keirnan.

"The response has validated that vision.

"Oakmont offers something truly unique within Brookwater, combining spacious, architecturally designed homes with an exceptional lifestyle setting overlooking one of Queensland's premier golf courses."

The project has also attracted some interstate purchasers drawn to the long-term value of Brookwater's tightly held location and the quality of the offering.

Terrace 15 occupies a premium golf course frontage position and has been professionally styled as a fully furnished display home, showcasing the generous floorplans, refined interiors and seamless indoor-outdoor living that define Oakmont.

The final release comprises premium four-bedroom, golf frontage residences.

“We’re excited to welcome buyers to the display terrace and allow them to experience the quality and craftsmanship of Oakmont firsthand,” said Bryce O’Connor, director of YPM Group, which has successfully marketed and sold Oakmont since its first-stage launch in 2024.

"At this level of the market, buyers want to experience the finished product.

"Walking through a completed home allows them to fully appreciate the quality, attention to detail and lifestyle on offer, and we expect this display home will generate strong interest as we move toward the project's final sell-out."

Positioned on the eighth hole of the Greg Norman-designed Brookwater Golf Course, the residences blend landscaped gardens and timeless architecture with views across the course and out to the surrounding ranges.

Residents also enjoy exclusive access to the private A Club Wellness Pavilion, featuring a 20-metre lap pool, sauna, steam room, yoga lawn, gymnasium and hot and cold magnesium plunge pools, creating a resort-style lifestyle within the community.

Oakmont is being delivered by Azure Build, the group's in-house construction division, enabling Azure to oversee every stage of delivery from acquisition and design through to construction.

"Our integrated model allows us to maintain quality and consistency throughout every phase of development," Trent said.

"By managing projects end-to-end, we're able to deliver the level of craftsmanship, attention to detail and customer experience that has become synonymous with the Azure brand."
