Spyre Group’s Glasshouse development in Burleigh Heads created national headlines last year by selling ‘Queensland’s most expensive off-the-plan penthouse’, and it’s turning heads yet again by launching an amalgamation of two residences into one - resulting in an ultra-luxurious, triple-storey beach-house.

Spanning 842sqm with an 11-metre frontage, this Glasshouse beach dwelling offers one of the largest oceanfront floor plans in the off-the-plan market, providing breathtaking direct ocean views from its private balcony.

The amalgamated residence features five oversized bedrooms, multiple living spaces, a media room, a wine room, a home office and a private pool - plus eight car parking spaces.  To maximise its unrivalled beachfront position, floor to ceiling windows provide residents with uninhibited panoramic views of the infamous Burleigh Heads beach and beyond.

The kitchen is the centrepiece of the open floor plan - its focal point a sculptural island bench forged in stone that repeats the natural headland formations of the beach.

Behind it are functional meal preparation areas powered by an induction cooktop, concealed fridges and freezers and a butler’s laundry.

Spyre Group managing director Daniel Laruccia said the inspiration for re-designing Glasshouse to accommodate such an exquisite and expansive beach house was, fundamentally, supply and demand.

“We recognised a gap in the market for an ultra-luxury product in Burleigh Heads that boasts five large bedrooms and has multiple functional living spaces,’’ he said.

“The amalgamated residence provides the functionality of a very large home within a location that is essentially reserved for multi-residential living on Burleigh’s beachfront.”

Groupline Constructions began the build in August 2022, in what was originally intended to be a three-residence development, and completion is slated for the first quarter of 2024.

This three-storey Burleigh Heads masterpiece is now selling, with the price available on application.
