Stockland has appointed Versatile Construction, part of the Versatile Group, to deliver Stanton Place, a landmark apartment precinct set to anchor the next phase of Rosebery’s inner-south transformation.
Located on Dunning Avenue, the multi-building development will deliver 144 architecturally designed residences set around a curated private garden and vibrant public laneway, reinforcing Rosebery’s evolution into one of Sydney’s most dynamic urban neighbourhoods.
Stockland executive general manager of apartments, Ben Christie, said the company’s 70-year track record of sustainable, high-quality development had informed every aspect of the carefully curated project.

“We’ve meticulously planned and designed Stanton Place to celebrate Rosebery’s industrial heritage in a modern way, leveraging the residential expertise and innovation that’s defined us since our first apartments in 1963,” Ben said.
“The appointment of Versatile Construction signifies the next step in delivering our vision for Stanton Place, Rosebery,” he added.
“With Versatile Construction’s extensive experience and end-to-end capabilities, we have a strong, building partner to deliver the quality and certainty our buyers expect.”
Versatile Group managing director, Fabrizio Perilli, welcomed the opportunity.
“We’re thrilled to join with one of the nation’s leading property groups on this transformative urban precinct, complementing our over $2.5 billion pipeline of residential and mixed-use construction underway,” Fabrizio said.
“We look forward to applying our vertically integrated, full suite of supply and delivery capabilities as we work towards completion in 2028.”
Marking this milestone, Stockland has unveiled its display suite, located directly adjacent to the site, and will remain open during construction, offering buyers an immersive preview of the exceptional finishes and thoughtfully crafted spaces including full-size kitchen with natural stone, bedroom and living area.

Designed with award-winning architects Rothelowman, Stanton Place offers a range of residences appealing to owner-occupiers and investors alike.
“Our focus is on sustainable, contemporary living that brings diverse people together, with a collection of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom designs in dual- and single-level layouts,” Ben said.

Upon completion, Stanton Place will comprise high quality apartments, terraces, and sky homes across three medium-rise buildings, with a public laneway and new café, expansive open spaces and a secret garden designed by Architectus.

Design elements to encourage social connection include cleverly placed fire stairs and a multipurpose residents’ room, with convenient amenities such as dog wash bay and secure bike storage.
“Stanton Place is truly at the heart of Rosebery, and residents will enjoy being so close to award-winning restaurants, creative precincts, parks and wellness facilities,” Ben concluded.
