Momentum is building at Symphony, South Brisbane - and it’s more than just market noise.
Following a highly successful launch, the development is now over 75% sold, with just 33 residences remaining from the original collection of 138. Construction is officially underway, and attention is turning to the next milestone: the release of Symphony’s premium Canopy Collection.
For buyers, this moment marks a clear shift. Symphony is no longer just a future vision - it’s a project in motion.
Strong demand, decisive buyers
From the outset, Symphony has resonated strongly with purchasers, becoming the most enquired-on project to date, generating more than 4,000 enquiries. One- and two-bedroom configurations were among the first to sell out, with 16 first-home buyers already securing a home, alongside owner-occupiers drawn to well-located, design-led homes close to Brisbane’s cultural heart and downsizers attracted to premium, low-maintenance living.
As availability tightens, enquiry is increasingly focused on larger, lifestyle-oriented residences - particularly Symphony’s Canopy Collection, comprising premium upper level residences - which has captured the attention of Brisbane locals alongside buyers from Toowoomba, Townsville, Airlie Beach, the Gold Coast, and Sydney.
“Symphony’s response has exceeded expectations,” says Sherpa development manager Daniel Clarke.
“Buyers are moving decisively - not just because of location and world class communal wellness facilities, but because the homes offer genuine liveability, strong design credentials, and long-term confidence.”
Construction underway, confidence established

With site works commencing in December and construction now progressing, Symphony has entered a tangible new phase.
With demolition complete, piling works have commenced and bulk excavation to follow in a few weeks.
For purchasers, this brings added clarity and reassurance - a visible marker that timelines are tracking and delivery is underway.
This progress has reinforced buyer confidence, particularly among owner-occupiers, who currently account for 57 purchases, reflecting strong demand from buyers seeking certainty alongside genuine lifestyle appeal.
“Seeing construction begin is a turning point for many buyers, which is why we have waited until now to release our premium collection,” Daniel said.
“It turns intention into action: people can see Symphony taking shape, and that builds trust.”
The canopy moment
The next chapter for Symphony arrives with the upcoming launch of its Canopy Collection - with just 26 large premium residences including three spacious penthouses starting at just $5.1m.

While details remain under wraps for the penthouses, they are expected to appeal to buyers seeking elevated space, privacy, and outlook, paired with Symphony’s established design language and prime South Brisbane address.
The Canopy Collection will feature premium finishes including upgraded Gaggenau appliances, natural stone surfaces and integrated appliances. With limited availability across the broader project, interest in this release is already building.
A neighbourhood in motion
Symphony’s success is also inseparable from its location. South Brisbane continues to evolve, with new hospitality venues opening across Fish Lane, reinforcing its reputation as one of Brisbane’s most dynamic dining precincts. Cafés, restaurants, galleries and performance spaces are part of daily life here - not future promises.

Infrastructure investment adds another layer of long-term value. Cross River Rail, now well underway, will further enhance connectivity across the city, placing Symphony residents within easy reach of employment hubs, education, and cultural destinations for decades to come.
A project that reflects its buyers
What’s emerging at Symphony is a community shaped by intent. First-home buyers are stepping confidently into ownership, while local upgraders and interstate purchasers are securing homes that align with lifestyle, location, and longevity.
That intent is reflected not only in who is buying, but in how the building is designed to support everyday life. Spanning 1,400 square metres across the top two levels, Symphony’s communal facilities elevate apartment living beyond the private residence. Residents will have access to a comprehensive wellness centre, work-from-home stations, a bookable private dining room, fully equipped gym, infrared and traditional saunas, and a 31-metre heated pool with sweeping outlooks.
Outdoor spaces are equally considered, with an open-air kitchen complete with pizza ovens, sunken lounges, and private cabanas designed for gathering, entertaining, or simply slowing down.
“We’re seeing buyers who are thinking carefully about how and where they want to live,” says Daniel.
“Symphony resonates because it combines strong design with spaces that genuinely support how people live day to day.”

With construction progressing, limited premium residences remaining, and the penthouse release on the horizon, Symphony’s next movement is already underway.
