YSG Studio debuts first apartment design with Gold Coast development, The Frederick

Renowned Sydney-based design studio YSG has unveiled designs for its first-ever multi-residential project, The Frederick, in collaboration with Big Projects Developments – the team behind Zinc in Kirra.

Located just 100 metres from the Nobby Beach precinct, The Frederick was beautifully designed to capture the distinct character of this much-loved coastal village: relaxed yet refined, nostalgic yet forward-looking.

YSG Studio, celebrated for its bold materiality and intuitive layering of form and texture, brings its unmistakable aesthetic to a shared residential setting for the first time.
