The final chapter of Norwest’s most celebrated masterplanned community has arrived, and it’s your last chance to call it home.

Zeste, the fifth and final stage of The Orchards by Sekisui House Australia, marks the culmination of a decade-long vision to create a neighbourhood that celebrates harmony between people, homes, and nature.

“Zeste’s oversized living spaces, diverse apartment mix, and the introduction of Breezeway Sky Homes for the first time deliver a unique lifestyle offering,” said David Lee, sales manager at Sekisui House Australia.

With more than 850 apartments already sold across earlier stages, this final release represents the final opportunity to secure a place in this completed landmark community.

A neighbourhood enveloped in nature

Designed by renowned architecture firm Rothelowman, Zeste brings together 209 beautifully considered residences across two buildings, Essence and Eden. True to its name, Zeste radiates energy and life, blending lush landscaping by landscape architects Site Image, innovative architecture, and social spaces that invite connection.

Principal of Rothelowman, Ben Pomroy, describes Zeste as “living within the landscape,” where over 50% of the site is dedicated to green space.

“With two large courtyards, the lagoon pool precinct for the wider community, and a central courtyard with pavilion exclusively for Zeste residents, the architecture frames an experience of living in a park,” Ben explained.

“The buildings are designed as a collection of smaller, finer-grain forms, with over 85% of apartments enjoying dual aspects.

“The focus on natural ventilation, generous layouts, and communal interaction creates a residential environment that is both sustainable and socially connected.”

What’s more, as a resident of Zeste, you will have exclusive access to a communal building with a dining and living space and breakout study rooms, perfect for those working from home.

Inspired interiors that reflect the spirit of the orchard

Inside, Zeste reinterprets the site’s orchard heritage with a contemporary twist. Rothelowman interior designer Natalie Shalala says the team drew on the nostalgia of the homestead with timber floors, the warmth of a fireplace, and the rituals of the orchard, reimagining them for modern apartment living.

“The day-to-day liveability has been carefully considered, with abundant storage solutions, butler’s pantries, bike storage, and joinery designed to simplify routines and enhance comfort,” said Natalie.

Two sophisticated interior palettes, one with pale honey undertones and another with soft blush inspired by nectar, define the homes.

The standout feature is the cathedral glass light box, a bespoke element that reinterprets the classic lantern, tying kitchen and bathroom spaces together in a way that feels both beautiful and functional.

With flexible “Max” spaces ideal for home offices, play areas, or creative studios, every detail of these residences truly enhances liveability.

Designed for those with a zest for life

Ultimately, Zeste is a lifestyle choice, perfect for those who value design, connection, and green initiatives.

Sustainability is at the core of Zeste. Continuing their partnership with Altogether Group, Sekisui House Australia integrates sustainable water, power, and data services across the project, while passive design features such as deep landscaping and water features that encourage evaporative cooling further enhance comfort and efficiency.

As with all Sekisui House developments, Zeste is built on trust and integrity, underpinned by a 4 Gold Star iCIRT rating – a government-backed certification recognising construction quality and financial stability.

When finished, The Orchards will comprise over 1,300 apartments, creating a vibrant community unlike anything else in Norwest. For buyers seeking to be part of this legacy, Zeste is the final opportunity, and it’s one not to be missed.

One-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments are now selling at Zeste.
