Alfa is the first dedicated sales and marketing consultancy to specialise in design-led off-the-plan project sales, with a deep passion for and knowledge of Melbourne's off-the-plan marketing niche and how to best articulate each offering to a design-ready market of buyers.

We work on a limited number of projects at any one time, allowing us to remain deeply embedded in each development—from early positioning through to final sale and property handover.

Our approach differs from the traditional model. We become involved at an early stage, often during site acquisition, helping to inform the design, format, product mix and overall market strategy. This ensures a suitable range of product is available, priced accordingly, and positioned to the intended buyers, resulting in an effective EOI and on-market campaign that achieves the desired sales outcomes.
