Founded in 2023, IRIS Built is the newest arm of property development and hospitality group IRIS Capital.

Conceived to build its parent company’s flagship Victoria & Albert development in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, IRIS Built comprises a specialist Tier One construction team. It’s led by construction director Graham Goldman who possesses 40 years experience across Canada and Australia, delivering iconic projects in south east Queensland such as the Wave Building, Oceania on Broadbeach, Carmel by the Sea, Verve, Vogue and Sierra Grand in Broadbeach.

On Victoria & Albert, IRIS Built will work closely with Eastview Australia who has been appointed project manager for the development - a renowned Australian company with over 20 years of experience in delivering multi-unit residential developments on the Gold Coast.
