We had the pleasure of sitting down with Lewis Land's head of development, Michael Long; BDA Architecture director Adam Beck, and Greyburn director Aaron Hook to talk about Harbour Shores, a visionary masterplanned community in the Gold Coast's Biggera Waters.

This canal-front community features a stunning 1.2-kilometre waterfront boardwalk and offers its own waterfront park and private marina berths for residents—all within easy access to the Harbour Town Premium Shopping Outlets.

The trio tells the Harbour Shores story—from the landmark site acquisition and the 3-4 year detailed design process, to the energetic vibe of 150 trades onsite all working together to bring this iconic development to life.
