Elegance, simplicity and location were some of the reasons these foodies chose Argyle Square as their new home. But what else drew them to the development?

Why did you decide to choose Argyle Square?

What stood out to us with Argyle Square was the elegant yet simplistic nature of the entire project. Our experience was positive form the beginning. It ticked all our boxes - location, reputation of the developer, aesthetics and high-quality materials and finishes.

What attracted you to Carton?

Carlton has great proximity to the city and excellent primary and secondary schools, which was a big factor for us.

That along with the argyle Square piazza being perfect for our little boy to run around in and for us all to get some fresh air.

We are also big foodies, so in a way, how could we not choose Carlton?!

What is your favourite design element in your new home at Argyle Square?

There are many great design elements, but the kitchen would have to be our favourite without a doubt!

We love that a lot of thought has gone into designing it, allowing for good storage, excellent appliances, and a large bench/food prepping area.

The idea of family life revolving around the kitchen was something we can very closely resonate with.

How have you found the process of buying off the plan?

Liam was extremely helpful.

We had a million questions and he was very patient in taking us through all aspects of the build.

We found out very quickly that there is a lot of flexibility to change elements of the design to suit our individual needs, for example a cove built in to fit our piano, and a bathtub instead of the regular shower.
