Brisbane luxury property developer Azure is advancing its foothold in south-east Queensland with the approval of Augusta Parkway, a $60 million residential development located in Augustine Heights, Brisbane.

Situated on a 15,010 sqm site at 7001 Augusta Parkway, Augusta Parkway will comprise 74 terrace residences featuring a range of eight floorplans. Terraces will span two to three levels, offering configurations of 3 and 4-bedroom plus study layouts, 2.5 bathrooms, and 1 to 2 car spaces.

The strategically positioned development is less than 5km from Springfield Central train station, 4km from Orion Springfield Central Shopping Centre, 6.5km from Springfield Fair Shopping Centre, 1.5km from St Augustine’s College and less than 3km from Augusta State School.

Azure’s director Trent Keirnan said that Augusta Parkway aligns with the company’s strategic growth plans and commitment to delivering high-quality residential options in the booming Ipswich region.

“Augusta Parkway epitomises our dedication to timeless design and meticulous craftsmanship,” said Trent.

“Set amidst lush landscaping and undulating terrain with security and extensive communal amenity, the development offers a serene yet contemporary living environment.

“From the moment you arrive at Augusta, guests are greeted by a grand gated entrance road that winds through the lush sub-tropical landscaping, revealing the vibrant AClub communal facilities – we’ve considered all elements that contribute to the Augusta experience.”

Situated in an elevated position, Augusta residents will have access to all the best AClub facilities to offer, including a wet edge pool, separate kids pool, multiple sun lounges, and day beds, enveloped by the lush sub-tropical landscaping.

“We’re expecting Augusta Parkway to appeal particularly to owner occupiers seeking a low maintenance lifestyle who opt for a terrace community over the traditional house and land package, as well as sophisticated investors seeking a quality investment,” Trent said.

Augusta Parkway will be sold in three stages, with the first release to market in October 2024. Construction of Augusta Parkway is set to commence in Q1 2025 and forms part of Azure’s growing $1.3 billion pipeline in south-east Queensland.
