Two large development sites are on the market near Newcastle Airport in Williamtown, including one with DA approval for three fast food outlets.
The dual corner landholding includes a five-acre site at 6 Cabbage Tree Road and a 68-acre site on the opposite corner at 1801 Nelson Bay Road.

The sites are for sale individually or in one line with Colliers.
Colliers Newcastle's national director of industrial and logistics, Trent Robertson, is marketing the two properties for sale by an expressions of interest campaign with Mark Yazbek and Peter Macadam.
The 6 Cabbage Tree Road site has a price guide of $6 million, and 1801 Nelson Bay Road is guided at $8 million (plus GST).
The sites are within the Williamtown defence and Aerospace precinct and near the Williamtown zone substation, making it ideal for defence and high-technology users, including data centres, sustainable energy projects, defence contractors, and advanced manufacturers, Mr Robertson said.
The Cabbage Tree Road site has DA approval for three fast-food outlets across from McDonald's and a Metro service station.

"The proximity to the recently expanded Newcastle Airport opens up global connectivity, while the DA-approved fast food component adds immediate income potential and amenity," he said.
"The DA was obtained without any pre-committment, but a number of fast food groups had been interested in that location.
"The DA is ready for a developer to use going forward."
Mr Robertson said the listing has attracted national interest.
A syndicate of private investors owns the two sites.
Ms Macadam said the sites are arguably the best-located land in the region for tech-led development.
"Our sale in 2021 of Williamtown Aerospace Centre for $54.885 million is testament to the investment appeal of defence and high-tech based complexes," Mr Macadam said.
"The Airport precinct area continues to attract major infrastructure investment and national interest as a key east coast innovation and logistics hub, with the international expansion of the airport anticipated to deliver $12.7 billion in economic benefit through increased freight and stimulation of the already strong visitor economy."
Expressions of interest close on June 6.
