A stunning waterfront precinct spanning over a hectare, Teneriffe Banks marks the next chapter in Brisbane’s evolution.
This iconic new development is designed to be a vibrant lifestyle destination for the community, comprising four residential buildings, a revitalised riverfront, a bustling retail plaza, and a world-class dining destination – all connected by a network of vibrant laneways.
Solidifying Teneriffe as a global destination, the Kimpton Hotel will anchor this dynamic hub, complemented by public art, wellness offerings, and innovative workspaces.
Having broken Queensland’s record for the highest single-day sales on its launch day, reaching an incredible $285 million, Teneriffe Banks has truly become Brisbane’s most coveted address.
With one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments now selling, you, too, can become part of this iconic new precinct.
An iconic heritage address
Occupying Brisbane’s last undeveloped riverfront site, Teneriffe Banks offers over 200 luxury apartments across four stunning heritage-inspired buildings.
Design-led by Melbourne-based developer Kokoda Property, the $1.5 billion precinct is brought to life with architecture directed by Studio McCue in collaboration with award-winning architects Carr, Cottee Parker, Urbis, and Eckersley Garden Architecture.
Inspired by Teneriffe’s iconic Woolstores, the development features a unique brick aesthetic, with four residential buildings and the luxurious Kimpton Hotel nestled within carefully designed parkland and laneways, all above a lively riverside dining and retail hub.
The new release of residences
Teneriffe Banks’ residential collection comprises four buildings – The Interloom, The Skyline, The Ferry Building and The Store Houses.
The precinct’s most anticipated building, The Ferry Building, has just been released.
Located adjacent to the iconic Teneriffe Ferry Terminal, The Ferry Building will be home to expansive modernist homes with 3.6-metre high ceilings and river views. These residences blend the character of the historic Woolstores with contemporary craftsmanship and apartment living. Spanning eight storeys, the building is smaller, fostering a village-like community, offering one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments.
Inside, oak timber floors, marble benches, and brushed nickel tapware ensure a luxurious living experience. While deluxe European appliances from Miele or Sub-Zero ensure the utmost functionality.
Though distinct in their offerings, each building features luxury apartments and penthouses, complete with resident-only amenities such as rooftop pools, spas, private dining rooms, and social and wellness areas.
Kokoda Property founder and director Mark Stevens describes the project as “an opportunity to create exceptional architecture that goes beyond traditional real estate development.”
“The goal is to design a neighbourhood that enhances the lives of its residents and stands the test of time as a testament to thoughtful urban planning,” Mark said.
“Living at Teneriffe Banks will be an ideal lifestyle choice, offering both convenience and pleasure.
“Residents will enjoy easy access to local amenities, river walks, and leisurely water transport, all within close reach of the urban excitement, while also offering a peaceful retreat by the river.”
A wellness haven moments to Brisbane’s best
Designed to be “a new way of home,” Teneriffe Banks fosters lifestyle perfection with a wealth of on-site amenities and a location-perfect address.
As a resident, you will enjoy exclusive access to the Canopy Club – a private membership club reminiscent of a high-end hotel. Overlooking the river, this space is home to private dining rooms, a private bar, library, cinema, sports simulation room, boardroom, and dedicated workspaces.
This way of living is a reflection of Teneriffe Banks’ prime location, placing residents within direct access to the Brisbane River Walk and near the area’s dining and retail hotspots.
The development is a stone’s throw from the popular James Street and nearby blue-chip suburbs Newstead and New Farm, with Newstead’s Gasworks Plaza just a six-minute stroll away.
With limited availability remaining, and the newly released The Ferry Building already selling quickly, don’t miss out on your place in this riverfront icon and book an appointment to experience Teneriffe Banks at the immersive Kokoda House display.
One-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments are selling, with Stage 1 due to complete in Q1 2027.
