Aalto sales show strength in Gold Coast premium off-the-plan market

Premium property developer Weiya Holdings’ impressive Gold Coast beachfront project Aalto has seen continued success with two separate buyers purchasing two apartments each in the last two weeks.

These notable sales in a perceivably cooling climate have been a show of strength for the premium end of the off-the-plan apartment market.

“Keen buyers request further information once receiving the initial package which we distribute immediately upon enquiry, which is then followed up with another email and call,” Mr Pancur explained.

“The quality of leads from A&D made it easy to close the deal after the initial call.”

The first buyer opted for an amalgamation of two Aalto dwellings. Both located on Level 8, the buyer purchased a 191 sqm two-bedroom apartment and a 210 sqm three-bedroom residence. The $5.5 million amalgamated residence now boasts an impressive 410 sqm floorplan with uninterrupted ocean views never to be built out.

Aside from the exceptional beachfront positioning and project amenity, Patrick noted that this buyer was “particularly impressed with the level of customisation offered by the team for the amalgamation of his new home.” With direct beach access and 21.5-meter-wide views of the ocean, the lucky buyer deemed Aalto the best product on the market for his requirements.

The second buyer purchased a half-floor level 32 residence to live in and was so taken with the project that they then decided to take another on a lower floor as an investment property. The two sky homes together clocked in at $5.6 million.

Having spotted Aalto on Apartments & Developments’ social media, this buyer initially enquired after one apartment only, making the decision to purchase a second after seeing the development’s quality finishes.
