Azure announces $54 million project in Richlands

Queensland developer, Azure, has announced its latest development venture, Saville by Azure, located at 153 Government Road, Richlands. Currently under construction, the $54 million Saville is on track for completion in the third quarter of 2024, with settlements anticipated for October.
