Central Element (CE) has officially broken ground on Pearl Bondi, its highly anticipated $150 million luxury residential development in the heart of Bondi Beach.

Located at 20-22 Sandridge Street, Pearl will comprise a rare collection of seven luxury residences - two houses and five apartments - with architecture by MHN Design Union and interior design by Madeleine Blanchfield Architects.

The groundbreaking took place last Friday, and brought together key project stakeholders including Dean Chivas, General Manager of Central Element; Adrian Banks, Head of Construction at CE.

As well as, Madeleine Blanchfield, Founder and Director of Madeleine Blanchfield Architects; Amanda Stollery, Director at MHNDU; Tony Massaro, Investment Manager at Kinkora; Heath Grundy Investment Manager at MA Financial and Eddie Mansour, Managing Partner at Ray White Projects.

The ceremony took place last week in Bondi.

Central Element is both the builder and developer of Pearl Bondi, with Kinkora as joint venture partner and MA Financial as funding partner, bringing together an experienced team to deliver one of Bondi’s most significant boutique residential projects.

Pearl further strengthens CE’s growing presence in the Eastern Suburbs.

The groundbreaking follows the recent completion of CE’s Ballamac House in Coogee, the sensitive restoration and transformation of the historic 1860s residence into eight luxury homes.
