Central Element celebrates major milestone with the topping out of its $150 million luxury development

Central Element (CE), alongside joint venture partner MaxCap Group and builder Growthbuilt, has celebrated the topping out of Ethos Chatswood, a landmark luxury residential development in the heart of Chatswood. 

This milestone marks the completion of the building’s structure, bringing the highly anticipated $150 million project one step closer to welcoming its future residents.

Key project leaders in attendance at the official topping out ceremony included Nathan Chivas, Managing Director at CE, Dean Chivas, General Manager of Developments at CE, Peter Sukkar, Co-Founder and Director of Growthbuilt, Adam Ashcroft, General Manager at Growthbuilt, Simon Hulett, Head of Direct Investment at MaxCap and Andrew Board, Executive Director at PAG.

Designed by acclaimed architecture firm SJB, Ethos Chatswood has set a new benchmark for refined living in Sydney’s North Shore. Offering a curated collection of ultra-luxury one, two and three residences, the project has attracted significant buyer interest since its successful launch in 2022, including the record $7.2 million sale of a 3-bedroom sub-penthouse.

With construction now progressing towards final fit-out and completion, Ethos Chatswood remains on track for its scheduled completion mid-2025.
