Construction is now 99% complete at Aqualand’s $1 billion luxury mixed-use residential development, AURA, delivered by Aqualand’s very own in-house construction team.

An iconic new address in thriving North Sydney, the residential mixed-use tower is home to one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences designed by renowned architects Woods Bagot and Richards Stanisich. The apartments are considered the most spacious on offer in North Sydney.

Delivered by Etymon Projects, the offering will include Sol, a bakery, café, and wine bar; artisanal providore, Una; a relaxed LA-inspired all-day dining and bar called Soluna; and modern Japanese restaurant and bar, Genzo.
