The next residential release in the $3 billion Melbourne Square precinct is taking shape, with Multiplex appointed as builder, celebrated by the recent groundbreaking ceremony led by developer OSK Property earlier this month. BLVD, the 74-storey residential tower, is set to be completed in Q1 2028, offering upscale apartment living in a coveted Southbank address.
