Coronation Property commences work on Ashbury Terraces stage two

Leading Australian developer and builder, Coronation Property Group (‘Coronation’), has started works on stage two of its Ashbury Terraces residential development in Sydney’s inner-west.

Designed by acclaimed architects SJB, the prime 16,500 sqm development will deliver 127 oversized homes on to the market, including 68 luxury townhouses and 59 premium apartments complemented by a range of communal amenities, green spaces, and landscaping by Daniel Baffsky of 360 Degrees landscape architecture. 

Each residence will connect to generous outdoor entertaining areas, oversized backyards, courtyards with/or rooftop terraces offering stunning vistas of the city skyline and neighbouring parklands. Open-plan living spaces include luxury interior schemes featuring carefully selected materials, high-end appliances, ample storage, and large pantries.
