

Sherpa Property Group has lodged a development application with the Gold Coast City Council for yet another site in the Gold Coast hotspot of Palm Beach, as it continues to expand the Flourish brand.
The new project builds on the strong momentum of the Flourish brand’s debut at Palm Beach, where more than 80% of residences sold in just a few months. Flourish on Sixth launched with a mix of homes designed for liveability and attainably priced.

Situated on an 1800 sqm site, Flourish Ovana will be designed to complement its sister project, Flourish on Sixth. Flourish Ovana is expected to deliver a collection of 102 apartments, predominantly comprising of one-, two-and three-bedroom configurations.
After recently acquiring the site previously home to the old Palm Beach Cash Converters, Sherpa Property Group has moved quickly to lodge plans to help meet the growing appetite for high-quality and competitively priced homes in a market where supply remains limited.
Flourish Ovana is strategically located on the corner of 1150-1154 Gold Coast Highway and 3 Sixth Ave, following hot on the heels of the successful launch of Flourish on Sixth, which generated $110 million in sales, driven by first-home buyers and local rightsizers.
Sherpa Property Group founder Christie Leet said the DA lodgment of the new Flourish site signals the next chapter for the developer’s ongoing vision to create accessible, community-focused residential apartments on the southern Gold Coast.
