Newcastle's skyline is about to be transformed by one of the city's newest views courtesy of Third.i Group. Dairy Farmers Towers offers one of the tallest residential structures in the Newcastle market and is the West End's most sought-after icon.

A development that holds its own in Newcastle's urban renewal

The development spans two stunningly designed towers housing 184 elegantly designed one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The first tower rises 99-metres above the streetscape, perching many of its residents for the area's best views, while the second tower stands at an impressive 89 metres high and offers 27 levels of apartments.

From the heights of one of Newcastle's tallest buildings, residents can enjoy spectacular views as far as the eye can see - from Newcastle, the dynamic cityscape and beyond. Additionally, most of the floors offer only two, three or four individual apartments, ensuring most residents enjoy corner apartments with dual aspects. Multiple balconies create generous indoor-outdoor living spaces backdropped by spectacular vistas.

Facilitating the 'new normal'

Dairy Farmers Towers is the only development in the area focused on the residents' needs for community, practicality, health and wellbeing. "To create a true sense of community for residents, we've focused on incorporating communal and green spaces, and facilities such as a gym, a cabana pool area with lap pool, wine bar and cellar, and function rooms," says Luke Berry of Third.i Group.

The development features five floors of commercial and retail spaces for added convenience. Luke continues, "In what we believe is a first for the city, we want to use some of the commercial space as a residents' shared work hub, so they can work from home without being in their apartment."

Located on level four, Dairy Farmers' residents' amenities serve as an extension of the homes above. The shared work hub offers a range of settings to help residents work from home without blurring the lines between their personal and professional lives. "By having a co-working space, it gives [residents] the ability to go downstairs to a dedicated working space with access to meeting rooms, televisions and office accessories," added Ben Small, Sales Representative of Third.i Group.

Enhanced liveability for today and tomorrow

Just upstairs from the residents' amenities, the apartments are awash with natural light, spacious proportions and make the most of the phenomenal views.

Third.i Group's decision to integrate home automation technologies makes day to day life even more effortless - allowing the built spaces to support different lifestyle needs. Each apartment comes with a secure car parking spot and EV charging stations - with provisions to add more as the demand increases. Sustainable design practices also feature throughout, including double glazing, layouts that maximise solar access, cross-flow ventilation and water harvesting and reuse.

Dairy Farmers Towers marks the rebirth of Newcastle's most iconic locations and meets its residents' changing lifestyle needs. Apartments are priced from $581,000. For more information or to visit the display suite, click here.
